Rates are based on double occupancy with additional fees for additional guests. Properties
require a 2-night minimum stay. A 3-night minimum stay is required during holiday periods.
A $45.00 non-refundable processing fee is charged to the credit card on file at the time the
reservation is made if the arrival date is greater than 30 days out, and is credited to the
total when the balance is paid. |

Peak refers to Peak season, which is from Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day, as well as
the first weekend in October thru the first weekend in November. All other times are Off-Peak. |
